Assistant Principal (Math, Science and Dual Language). Math is a passion of mine! Open tasks is what I believe students need to in order to become mathmatical thinkers and problem solvers. Stay away from procedures and focus on the depth of knowledge and understanding. My job as an assistant principal is to ensure equity and excellence in instruction and access to every student. I can go on and on about my beliefs and views on what great instruction should look like and how students best learn and retain important information, but I will finish by saying that the onus of creating a next generation of thinkers and problem solvers falls on the shoulders of inspiring leaders, so let's keep the ball rolling!
