Looking for simple, easy-to-implement methods for supporting your students while managing your classroom?

My students and I will share many of the tips and techniques we use, as we model them with you in this session. You'll explore a wide range of methods, from common favorites to newer methods, to manage students, classroom work and cooperative groups including: math circles; showdowns, think pair shares and other Kagan activities; cafe, bingo and menu activities; jigsaw and carousel techniques; reciprocal/peer teaching and more! You can also share your own ideas and suggestions. You'll leave with personal experience in all of the strategies and activities shared, and resources so you can use and apply them when returning to your school.
