Introduction to Interactive Strategies for Increasing Student Engagement

Log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Limited Capacity seats available

The face of math education has dramatically changed over the last 10 years and we, as educators, are continually working to provide quality education for all students.
Sheltering techniques, traditionally used for second language students, can be used for all students to increase their understanding and knowledge of content areas. In this workshop, you'll gain an introduction to tangible techniques that you can immediately implement in your classroom. These techniques will increase collaboration, student talk, and understanding for all students.

Session Note: Already familiar with these techniques? Want to gain an introduction, then learn even more? A master class on this topic will be offered on Saturday at 9:55 am.
